Purchases and payments

Pricing and orders

  • All prices listed include applicable taxes and fees
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
  • We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other issues

Payment processing

  • Payments are processed through Square
  • You represent that you have legal right to use any payment methods
  • We are not responsible for the actions of payment processors

Shipping

  • Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 United States, and is included in the price shown. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States
  • If an order is placed for delivery outside the contiguous 48 states, we will contact you to arrange shipping at cost or cancel and refund the order in full
  • We ship within 2 business days of payment clearing
  • Ground delivery to the contiguous 48 states usually takes a further 2 to 5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

Refund policy

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
