Description

Hydraulic power steering rack and pinion assembly with inner tie rods and dust boots, for the 2002-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy. The housing has some oily residue from factory test fluid, heaviest around a line port that had lost its shipping plug; both boots are dry inside and both ports are plugged again. Also for the Trailblazer EXT and Envoy XL (2002-2006), Envoy XUV (2004-2005) and Buick Rainier (2004-2007), 4.2L inline-6 and 5.3L V8. Fitment for the Trailblazer SS is not confirmed. Replaces 22-1014, 26100285, 26100288, 19330446 and 88962736. Compare the number on your old rack before ordering. PHOBOOS part number PBPSR067. Rack length 39 in. Maker's spec: input shaft 0.79 in diameter, 3.5 turns lock to lock. Unused: no wrench or install marks on the mounting bushings, input shaft or tie rod sockets. Inner tie rods firm with no play.
