Description

Dorman 911-653 evaporative emissions (EVAP) charcoal vapor canister. It has been bolted in place before: the paint on the top bracket is worn to bare metal in a ring around both mounting holes. Complete assembly as shown: canister, upper and lower steel mounting brackets, and the electrical module with its 6-pin connector. No vehicle mounting bolts. All hose ports and mounting tabs intact, no cracks. Silent when shaken, so the charcoal bed inside is intact. No fuel odor at the hose ports. Dorman lists it for select 2005 to 2013 Toyota Highlander and 2007 to 2009 Lexus RX350 models, replacing OE 77740-48121 and 77740-0E020. Match the number on your original canister before ordering. A direct replacement for the original canister, used to repair EVAP faults that set a check engine light.
