Description

Used Mercedes-Benz ABC (Active Body Control) suspension pressure relief valve with the pressure accumulator attached. The plastic plug housing on the pressure sensor is split open and partly broken away, so the car's wiring plug will not lock onto it. The sensor screws into the valve body, so it can be replaced without replacing the valve. Sold as-is for parts or repair. Mercedes part number A 220 320 08 58 is stamped on the valve body (casting number 220 327 02 31). It supersedes 2203200558. Fits Mercedes-Benz cars with ABC suspension: R230 SL-Class (2003 on), C215 CL-Class (2000 to 2006) and W220 S-Class (2000 to 2006). This is the tilted-sensor-base version of the valve; the earlier 2203200558 has a horizontal sensor base, so compare against the valve on the car before ordering. The unit has been repainted (silver valve body, black accumulator and sensor), and the hydraulic ports are stuffed with paper plugs to keep dirt out. Some oil residue on the body.
