Description

Automotive air conditioning compressor with a 6-groove ribbed serpentine pulley. It came in a box labelled RYC AFH373 - the RYC number for the Hyundai Sonata Eco 1.6L, 2015 to 2017 (OE 97701-C2100). There is no magnetic clutch on this compressor. The pulley and the centre hub turn together as one piece, and a two-pin electrical connector on the rear housing operates the internal control valve. Cast into the housing: K 1JB38 and JB88K 2. The rear cover carries a stamped disc reading CL16 / W06778 DC03. The pulley grooves are an even matte black the whole way round with no polished band, so this compressor has never run against a drive belt. The suction and discharge ports have no plastic shipping caps fitted. The port O-ring is still seated in the bore. Nothing drained from the ports when the pulley was turned with a port facing down, so treat the oil charge as unknown and fill to the vehicle specification on installation. The compressor only - no hardware, manual or accessories were in the box. Surface dirt and handling marks on the housing.
