Description

Please read first, this part has two defects. The lower ball joint's rubber boot is split at the base and grease has escaped. The ball joint stud itself is still tight, with no looseness and no clicking, but plan on replacing the ball joint. The brake splash shield has a torn hole in it, shown in the photos. There is also surface rust on the hub flange, the studs and the bearing bore, which is normal for a take-off part. This is a used front left (driver side) steering knuckle with the wheel bearing hub still pressed into it. It is an OEM take-off pulled from a vehicle, not a new aftermarket part. The casting carries the factory marks L1 and ACM on the strut arm. The hub spins smoothly and quietly by hand, with no rocking play in the bearing. Both cast arms are solid with no cracks. The wheel studs are straight and their threads are clean. It fits the 2008-2012 Honda Accord (2.4L and 3.5L) and the 2009-2014 Acura TSX (2.4L, and 3.5L from 2010).
