Open box: the carton was opened for inspection and the steel band clamp ships loose in the box, not fitted to the pipe. Nothing is missing and the pipe itself is unused. Universal exhaust elbow pipe, 4 inch inlet to 7 inch outlet, with a stainless steel band clamp included. Mandrel-bent alloy steel, black high-temperature painted outside and black coated inside. Measured before listing: both openings are round and on size - 4 inches across the inlet, 7 inches across the outlet, with no dents or flat spots. The coating is clean throughout, with no scrapes, chips or rust. Universal fit turn-down stack elbow, so there is no vehicle fitment list: it slips onto any 4 inch exhaust pipe and steps up to a 7 inch stack tip. Slip-fit and clamp installation for car, truck and diesel exhaust stacks; no welding needed.
