Description

ZHRUIHAN catalytic converter kit, OE reference 52605 645146 (also listed as 645168 / 645169), for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 3.5L V6 Turbocharged. Stainless steel body with a ceramic carrier using platinum, rhodium and palladium catalysts, built as a direct-fit replacement for the factory converter. Ships as three pieces: two engine pipes with catalytic converters, plus the connecting extension pipe. Both converter bodies are stamped 52605. Unused, with no soot, heat discoloration or road grime on any section. Welds are clean, the flange plates are flat and every oxygen sensor bung is capped with its plug. Included hardware: three donut gaskets, six bolts, six flange nuts, and four 2-1/2 inch (65mm) U-bolt clamps. The assembly uses three clamped joints, so every clamp needed to install it is in the box, with one spare. The oxygen sensor socket shown in some listing photos is not included. Meets federal EPA emissions standards; it is not sold for use in California, Colorado, Maine or New York, which have stricter requirements.
