How Our Returns Work

At Clearance Vault, we understand that not every purchase might work out. That’s why we offer a simple returns process for eligible items.

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and within 7 days from the date of your purchase. If the item was marked as ‘Used’ when purchased, it must be returned in the same used condition. If an item was marked as ‘New’, it must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  2. Initiating a Return: If you need to return an item, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth@clearancevault.com with your order number or receipt and details about the product you’d like to return. We’ll schedule a time for you to drop off the item at our location in Charlotte, NC.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

  • Items listed as Broken or in Poor Condition are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
  • Other items that cannot be returned: Perishable goods such as food and flowers, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, and health and personal care items.
